A provision for modular kitchens is available as an upgrade or customization, which includes the kitchen counter and dado.

Main Door: 7-foot height LVL frame with a pre-hung flush shutter, finished with veneer on both sides. A digital lock (Doorset or equivalent) is included.

Internal Doors: 7-foot height LVL frame with a pre-hung flush shutter, finished with laminate on both sides.

Toilet Doors: 7-foot height, pre-engineered waterproof door.

Windows & Ventilators

Windows (Living & Bedroom Balconies): UPVC frame and shutter (sliding/openable). A mosquito mesh provision is available only for sliding windows.

Toilet Ventilators: UPVC frame with glass louvers and a provision for an exhaust fan.

Internal Walls & Ceiling: Finished with Interior Grade Acrylic Emulsion Paint.

Brand: Johnson or an equivalent brand will be used for passenger and service lifts.

Quantity: The project includes a total of 10 passenger lifts and 6 service lifts. The clubhouse will have 1 passenger lift.
