Teak wood frame and teak wood paneled door with brass handles and hinges

Country wood frames solid core skin moulded shutter

Toilet Doors:

Country wood frames one side PVC coated flush shutter 30mm thick

Windows:

Aluminium or UPVC section with 4mm thick clear glass for windows

Ventilator:

Aluminium or UPVC with louvers (4mm pin headed glass for louvers)

French Door:

Aluminium or UPVC french doors and windows with shutters fitted with clear glass

Painting:

Ceiling painting with white cement 3 coats in all floors

Internal Walls:

Internal wall painted with 2 coats of putty 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of emulsion in all floors

Exterior Walls:

2 coats of weather shield over a coat of primer

Main Door:

Melamine matt finish

Other Doors:

2 coats of enamel painting over 1 coat of wooden primer

MS Grills:

1 coat of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint

Flooring:

Living, Dining and Bedrooms: Vitrified tiles with 4 inches skirting

Kitchen, Service Area and Balcony: Matt finish ceramic flooring tiles

Kitchen counter top with 18 to 20mm thick black granite slab half nosing set in cement mortar and ceramic dado up to 2 inches above kitchen platform

Toilet:

Anti skid ceramic tiles

Toilets: Ceramic glazed wall tiles for dadoing up to 7 inches height
