Walls 

Combination of RCC shear walls and concrete block work masonry as per IS code standards with putty (internal walls only) and emulsion paint finish

Main Doors

Steel safety decorative doors for main doors.

Internal Doors 

Painted molded skin shutters with hard wood frames for internal doors and fiber reinforced (FRP) shutters for toilets

Windows

UPVC frames with 5mm clear glass for windows (grills for bedroom only)

Flooring 

2 ft. by 2 ft. vitrified tiles from reputed brands for internal of dwelling units . ceramic floor tiles for common corridors and balconies

Interiors

Gypsum plaster or putty finished with emulsion paint coat forwalls and ceilings 

Exteriors 

Cement plaster finish or textured putty finishes as per elevation requirements as per design with exterior grade Premium Emulsion Paints 

Kitchen

Granite top for counter slabs with Tile dado up to 2 feet according to the architect's design with single bowl stainless steel sink 

Toilet

Ceramic wall tiles & antis kid floor tiles up to lintel level according to architect's design. Chrome plated bath fittings &sanitary wares from reputed brands

Water Supply 

Ground water via bore well for domestic uses with provision made for municipal/corporation water supply

Recycled water from STP for WC flush and garden irrigation

Electrical 

Modular switches from reputed brands, power backup for corridor and stilt lights. Single phase connection for 1 bhk and 3 phase connections for 2 bhk. Socket provision only for UPS.

Fire and safety

Designed as per TN FRS norms for highrise residential buildings category A4

Basic Automation for hall and bedroom included (for light and fan only) any add on features charged at actuals if required
