Walls: External walls are 6" thick and internal walls are 4" thick, both made of solid block masonry.

Plastering: Interior walls have a smooth finish, while exterior walls have a sponge finish.

Doors and Windows:

Main Door: Made of a teak wood frame with a teak door.

Internal Doors: Frames are made of Saal Wood with a molded skin shutter.

Windows: UPVC sliding windows with a mosquito net and safety grills are used.

Flooring:

Living, Dining, Bedrooms, Kitchen, and Internal Lobby: Vitrified tile flooring is used in these areas.

Balconies and Utility: Anti-skid ceramic tiles are used for these areas.

Common Area and Staircase: Granite flooring is used in these areas.

Kitchen:

Counter: A black granite kitchen counter with a fiber sink is provided.

Dado: A 2-foot high ceramic tile dado is installed above the platform.

Provisions: Power points are available for a water purifier and refrigerator.

Electrical:

Wiring and Switches: Multicore copper wiring (Great white, Anchor or equivalent) and modular switches and sockets are used.

Points: TV and telephone points are available in the living room and master bedroom.

Bathroom:

Water Supply: 24-hour water supply is provided via an underground borewell.

Lifts: There are two 8-passenger capacity lifts from KONE or an equivalent make.

Car Parking: Covered car parking is available.

Power Backup: A power generator provides backup for each flat, common areas, the lift, and the water pump
