Painting

For interior and ceilings, a smooth putty finish with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint is applied over a primer from reputed brands. The external walls feature a combination of texture and weather-proof paint, as per the architectural design. The parking area is painted with two coats of cement-based waterproof paint over a base coat of primer.

Electrical

The electrical system uses concealed wiring with PVC-insulated copper wires and modular switches. Power outlets are provided for various appliances, including split ACs in the drawing, dining, and all bedrooms.
