Structure

RCC Steel framed structure.

Flooring

Living area, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen feature vitrified tiles. Staircases use concrete step tiles, granite, or vitrified tiles. Lift lobbies and corridors are finished with granite or vitrified tiles. Toilets and balcony areas are fitted with anti-skid vitrified tiles.

Bathrooms

Toilets are equipped with floor-mounted white EWC sanitary fittings. Brands used include Hindware, Parryware, Cera, or equivalent manufacturers. Toilet walls feature vitrified tiles installed up to beam level.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a 30mm thick granite counter slab. Wall daddo is provided 2 feet above the granite slab. Plumbing points are provided for water purifiers and washing machines.

Doors and Windows 

Door frames are constructed from teak wood or equivalent materials. Main door shutters are flush with laminate on both sides. Windows and balcony doors are made of UPVC for durability.

Finishes

External walls feature a combination of texture and emulsion paint. Internal walls and unit walls use acrylic emulsion paint. Internal ceilings and common areas use oil-bound distemper or emulsion. Steel works are finished with synthetic enamel paint.

Electrical 

Wiring is sourced from Havells, Anchor, Polycab, or Finolex brands. Switch sockets are provided by Havells, Anchor, or Cona brands. Electrical points are provided for major kitchen and laundry appliances.

Plumbing 

Plumbing systems use CPVC and PVC pipes by Ashirvad or Astral. Specific pipes from Prince, Supreme, or Apoorva are also utilized.

Security 

The project includes provisions for an intercom facility and CCTV. Security systems are installed according to the project's design requirements.

Facilities

Project features include ground water recharging and rainwater storage systems. A sewage treatment plant and street lighting are also provided. Vertical transportation is facilitated by lifts from Otis, Johnson, or Kone. 3BHK apartments include 0.75KW DG backup and 3KW electrical supply.
