• Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) & ELCB. All electrical modular switches & sockets of Legrand/Anchor Panasonic or equivalent make.

• Each bedroom shall be provided with two light points, one fan point, one 5-Amps plug. Entry Lounge, Living and Dining rooms will be 

provided with two light points, one fan point and power plugs. All the balconies will have one light point. Kitchens will be provided with one
