Hall and Dining- Vitrified tiles of 800MM x 800 MM Kitchen and Bed Rooms - Vitrified tiles of 600 MM x 600MM.

KITCHEN

Raised cooking Platform with Granite top and stainless Steel Sink, Glazed Tiles will be provided for the height of 2’ for the length of cooking platform.

UTILITY

Stainless Steel Sink- Single bowl. Dado ceramic tile up to 2’ height for the length of counter top.

JOINERY

Entrance door with solid wood frame and shutters with melamine polish on both the sides.

Other door Frames with country wood with skin panel shutter painted on both sides.

Toilets doors frames with country wood with shutter skin panel on one side.

PU coated other side with paint finish.

All windows will be of UPVC with Glass Shutters.

FIXTURES

All Fixtures will be of first Quality powder coated fittings with mortise lock.

ELECTRICAL

Concealed copper wiring and modular switches for adequate light, fan, geyser and Power points. A/C Provision for hall, Master Bedroom and IInd Bedroom.

Three phase power supply through individual DB & ELCB.

BATHROOM

Dadooing with branded / ceramic tiles up to 7ft height in bathrooms. Accessories will include European closet and pressure die cast CP fittings.

PAINTING

Plastic emulsion for internal walls, acrylic emulsion for External walls and enamel Paint for doors and windows.

LIFT

V3F Lift of six passenger capacity will be provided.

PARKING
