Our journey began with a young man who had big dreams and a strong will to make a difference. Coming from a modest background, Mr. Ln. R. Karanaboopathy started contracting for BSNL projects in his early 20s. By his early 30s, driven by a vision to provide quality housing for those in need, he founded his own construction and promotion firm. Profit was never his primary motive; what truly mattered was the trust and satisfaction of his clients, many of whom returned for his unwavering commitment to quality and integrity.
Over the past 33 years, this dedication has grown into a brand synonymous with reliability – RR Housing. With over 300 dedicated staff members, RR Housing India Pvt. Ltd. and RR Constructions have become pillars in Coimbatore’s construction industry. Our Leadership
Our founder, Mr. Ln. R. Karanaboopathy, has not only shaped the company but has also made significant contributions to the community. He is a past chairman of the Builders Association of India (Coimbatore Center) and currently serves as the president of the Coimbatore Cyclist Association. Recognised for his service to humanity, he has received several awards from Lions Club International and is a past district governor of Lions District 324-B1. A member of CREDAI, he represents RR Housing in various esteemed organisations.
Behind every successful leader is a strong partner and for us, that is Mrs. Tamilarasi Karanaboopathy, our Financial Head. For nearly 20 years, she has been instrumental in guiding RR Housing’s financial strategy, ensuring our growth and stability.
Joining the leadership is Mr. S. Nanthakumar, who became part of the team in his mid-40s with a fresh perspective and dynamic approach. As a Director of RR Housing, he oversees daily operations and leads the team with energy and vision, making him a valued leader among the staff.
