Building a Legacy since 1970s
The Ranka Group is a diversified conglomerate with interests spanning real estate development, housing finance, jewellery, textiles, and renewable energy.
In the 1970s, the Group recognized the potential for growth in Bangalore, which was beginning to attract new businesses and residents. Capitalizing on this opportunity, the Ranka Group entered the city’s real estate market and pioneered the concept of self-sustained apartment complexes.
Our first project was completed in 1979 and sold at Rs. 111 per square foot.
Following this, Queen’s Corner, located at the junction of Cunningham Road and Queen’s Road, set a new standard for luxury apartment living in prime city locations.
Over four decades of excellence
