A fourth-generation descendant of the industrialist Ruia Family, Mayank’s individual journey began at Indiana University and led him through top-tier finance roles at globally renowned organisations like Goldman Sachs, UBS and Everstone Capital. After nearly a decade in the U.S., he returned to India in 2008, where his exposure to real estate began in 2011 with Phoenix Mills as its Group Director – Residential.

Combining his experience in finance and real estate development, Mayank founded MAIA Estates in 2016 with a commitment to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects defined by integrity, precision, and passion. Through his leadership, MAIA has grown from a small team into an organization of over 180 professionals, united in challenging conventions and setting new benchmarks for the industry.
